Who you are working with
I spent over a decade in fitness, rehabilitation and athletic performance. As an athlete and coach, I believed in the no-pain-no-gain mindset. Push harder. Rest later. What I did not understand was that I was running my nervous system into the ground.
After years of repetitive injuries and a near burnout in a private rehab clinic where patients and staff were treated as numbers and I got sick every two months, I made a decision that changed everything. I quit. Moved to Portugal with my partner. Started studying Applied Neuroscience and sleep science.
Racing thoughts at 3am every night. A racing heart. Complete restlessness. Each next day was just surviving. I had become the client I now help.

Fifteen minutes a day. That is the full daily commitment. We build it into your existing schedule during our first session — not around an idealised version of your life, but the actual one.
