I spent over a decade in fitness, rehabilitation and athletic performance. As an athlete and coach, I believed in the no-pain-no-gain mindset. Push harder. Rest later. What I did not understand was that I was running my nervous system into the ground.

Everything you have tried has told us something about your nervous system, what it responds to and what it doesn’t. That history is not wasted. For this programme, it is actually a starting point. We begin with what we know, not from scratch.

That is the most honest thing you could say and it tells me more about you than you realize. The people who say this are almost always the ones who do the work, stay curious, and get the results. What let you down before was not you. It was an approach that was never built around your specific nervous system. This one is.

Fifteen minutes a day. That is the full daily commitment. We build it into your existing schedule during our first session — not around an idealised version of your life, but the actual one. If your sleep is costing you more than fifteen minutes of lost productivity, clarity or presence every day and it almost certainly is, this is not adding to your load. It is reducing it.

This is a coaching relationship, not a course. Your results depend on your engagement as much as my guidance, and that is something we will be honest with each other about from the start. What I can tell you with certainty is that you will leave with a personalized toolkit that has been tested against your actual nervous system. That does not disappear when the programme ends.
